I am looking for a specific item that I don't see advertised on your site.  What should I do?

Tiger Music offers a number of products that are not sold through any other retailer, so this is the ideal store to shop at if you are looking for unique, high quality music.  We recognize that some shoppers have very specific tastes, so if you don't find the music product you are looking for, please let us know. We cannot promise to source all items for you.  However, if you let us know what you are looking for, we will do our best to help you find it.  Contact us and let us know what products you would like to see added to our inventory.

How much will shipping cost?

We ship to all domestic and international destinations using USPS priority mail.  This is the best compromise between cost, reliability, and delivery speed.  After all, you are here to shop for music related items and don't want to spend excessive amounts on shipping.  The cost of the shipping depends on the weight and dimensions of the items purchased.  You are able to view a shipping quotation before making a payment by entering your ZIP code (domestic) or country name (international) in the appropriate field of the PayPal shopping cart. 

May I place an order if I don't live in the United States (USA)?

Yes, you certainly may.  We ship to 190 countries outside of USA.  Although all shipping is done using USPS International Priority Mail, delivery times are dependent on the destination country.

How secure is my payment?

All transactions are conducted using the secure Paypal facility.  Note that you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.  Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

How long has Tiger Music been in business?

Tiger Music officially opened in 1993 under the name “Houston Musical Resources”. The name changed to “Tiger Music” in 1998, and the store remained open until 2003.  With the advent of print on demand (P.O.D.) technology, Tiger Music re-opened as a CafePress store in 2005.  The Grand Re-Opening celebration (September 2008) is for our TigerMusicStore.com online store which now makes a wider inventory and many more special savings available to our customers than could previously be be offered through CafePress.

     
 

Do you have a mailing list and how do I join?

I heard that about your "advertised specials", but can't access them without a coupon code.  How do I get a coupon code so I can access these specials?

The coupon codes you need to access the "advertised specials" are periodically released through music-relevant media.  Members of our mailing lists also periodically receive special offers, notices of sales, and exclusive codes that cannot be obtained through any other channel.  Members receive codes based on information they provided when joining.  If you wish to be added to our mailing list, please click here to submit your contact details.
